Windows 7 Windows Explorer Not Responding after upgrading from windows vista to windows 7
Here is how to solve:
Restart
F8 - Safe Mode
Run - type: cmd.exe
Type : sfc /scannow
Wait some minutes to finish
Restart in normal mode
